The sea-breeze analysis reflects our best understanding based on field observations and publicly available data, but local conditions vary. Do not use our content as a substitute for professional meteorological advice or official forecasts when making decisions involving safety.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ama Sora Research LLC and its team members shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the Site.
